Here are some great free resources I have created that can help you track your progress in competition and train yourself to relax (physically and mentally) on command.

You are welcome to download and use them.

NOTE: I have added my "Continuous Healing" audio as a free public service to help in this time of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. I listen to it twice a day, and many of my friends do the same. As a friend of mine told me: "It can only help!"

Audio: Continuous Healing (9 minutes)

This audio combines relaxation with health/healing imagery that can help your respiratory system, circulatory system and immune system. Listen to this audio only when it's safe to close your eyes and don't listen to it while driving.

This audio can help you learn to relax on command with a basic progressive relaxation process with an ocean beach visualization. Listen to this audio only when it's safe to close your eyes and don't listen to it while driving.

Worksheet: Mental Game Snapshot [pdf]

The mental game snapshot worksheet is a great way to track your progress in competition. It will help you assess your confidence, motivation and focus - plus response to pressure - at any point in any sport.

I suggest competitors fill it out at least monthly - it is a great way to track and trend your performance.
