DOWNLOADS - Worksheet and Audios

Here are some great resources I have created that can help you track your progress in competition and train yourself to relax (physically and mentally) on command. I am offering them as a public service, you are welcome to download and use them.

The worksheet is in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. Your web browser may be able to automatically open or read them. If not, you can download a free reader from the Adobe website. The MP3 audio files can be played with Apple's iTunes or other audio players.

Worksheet: Mental Game Snapshot [pdf]

The mental game snapshot worksheet is a great way to track your progress in competition. It will help you assess your confidence, motivation and focus - plus response to pressure - at any point in any sport.

I suggest filling it out at least monthly - it is a great way to track and trend your performance.

Audio MP3: Progressive Relaxation/Ocean Beach Visualization (11 minutes)

This MP3 will help you learn to relax on command with a basic progressive relaxation process with an ocean beach visualization. Listen to this MP3 only when it's safe to close your eyes and don't listen to it while driving.

Audio MP3: Short Progressive Relaxation Only (5 minutes)

This MP3 will help you learn to relax on command with a shorter basic progressive relaxation process (no visualization). Listen to this MP3 only when it's safe to close your eyes and don't listen to it while driving.
